Dan,

Could you consider allowing multiple repair bays on the Base? Either with two seperate timers or just halving the timer for each one installed? It seems like every time I want to use it, the thing is on cool down. Maybe this wouldn't help much, but it might make life a little easier.

Yeah, that could be pretty cool; you'd still need to take up more space, but it could make them more useful too.

Or possibly make the repair bar and shield recharge an individual timer for ship, not legion wide.

*facepalm* that would be overpowered, plus there's only one repair bay on the legion base.

But if you think about it, the legion base should be large enough to hold all the ships of the legion, since adding docking ports to the base increases your legion size. And just because there is only 1 repair bay doesn't mean only 1 ship can repair at a time, the repair bay should be big enough to hold multiple ships. The timer would still be the 30 minute cool down, but it would be separate for each ship.

Better to up the max the base can hold (lets say 1 per base level or something for both). But no base should have all members at one unless they have gained that level of base. Which if the game allows it would take a long time to get 60 repait bays so you can do that many max.
