Personally, i don't believe in the slow ranking option unless your production is very very high.
Also i think that ranking as fast as you can without buying refills isn't too bad.
But you buy a dozen refills jump a dozen ranks a day. It's dangerous, prey you don't get targetted and blown up multiple times and then have a luaghable combat reputation.

Well what i do is us my cc to update my planets and whoever is on my side i upgrade there ship base and help em out with artifacts they need and i need. i dont advance fast for i already know that i will be behind if i advance to far ahead

One flaw. Many C.C.ers have bought their rank and don't have the tech to back it up. So a good chunk of your Legion would be at a distinct disadvantage, even with plastic.

I dont use my cc to level i only use it to upgrade my planets, my friends bases, and any airtifact in that i wish to use myself or on a friends ship...

My view. There are CCers and then there are CCers. There are those that gain things fast spending lots of money into something they know is fun. But they are moving so fast they cannot, get the boring bits, the hope of what is to come, and the things that if they had spent a little a time would have gotten. Then there are those that wait a while learning the game and then thinking that they are ready to do there part. planning things out.

Then there is that third group that does both.


Many though people tend to be in the first group. Those are the ones that do not make a good legion.

Just like to point out when you run a legion you can change the legion information. This is a space allowed for the legion to advertise it's requirements or goals, if you wanted a legion of c.c or only pvp or money makers, etc, etc. All you have to do is post your requirements in the legion information, then go to the legion recruitment forums and make a post with more information and the name of your legion so people know where to go. Nothing needs to be changed in order to get what you want, hope this helps you a bit.
