Claim reward that gives you rank points doesn't give them

 I have logged in a few times & been given the daily reward as you have been given ranks points, but when you go to the ship page you have been given the extra ranks, but not any points to spend on upgrades

Sorry, cant help you, never heard of this before. So it said you got 2 rank points from daily rewad but got none?

Sorry, cant help you, never heard of this before. So it said you got 2 rank points from daily rewad but got none? I have been given an improvement of 2 ranks from the daily rewards, but when i went to upgrade the ship I had no extra points to spend on the upgrade. So i missed out on at least 10 upgrade points for my ship. This has happened a couple of times so far |

This has happened a couple of times so far ok I believe you are mistaking "2 Rank Points" with "2 Ranks of Rank Points". the reward only gives you 2 rank points.
