can a base raid u after you have battle like with ships, i mean could they sell something from base, or what i doesnt say anywere

Considering base combat has yet to be implemented, no one but Dan knows the specifics. You'll have to wait until it comes out. Most likely the rewards for disabling bases will be limited to badges.

just a feeling, but I think it will be like the legion battling a NPC, where everyone hits it, and the top damagers lock and get badges. there might be more to it then that and I might be totally wrong, but that is what I got out of everything so far

Yeah, I believe that's how it is as well, though it is a little different because the Legion will be using their abilities to try to defend it.
