 possible dyson compromise

I get the feeling certain players don't like the invasion proof planets, while others think it should be expanded.
I think players shouldn't lose such hard to come by mission planets but not to ever worry or care about someone picking one up in their database, I think unbalances the game so I suggest.
That mission planets become invadable but instead of losing the planet, the owner losses one week of production for said mission planet, while the invader will gain the artifact of the dyson, which will upgrade a massive planet or smaller by 2 and mining art and research by 3.

NO LEAVE IT THIS WAY, IT DOES LESS TO COMPROMISE THE GAME THAN ALLOWING LEVEL 6 LEGIONS TO ATTACK BASES HALF THEIR SIZE CAUSE THEY ARE SCARRED TO ATTACK THEIR OWN SIZED BASES

Ok I get the point, but I still think this will cause issues in the future has players make mission planets without any concern of who has them on scan.

Why would this cause a problem? Chances are that the player already owned the planet they turned into a Mission planet. and if someone had it on scan and DID NOT already try to take the planet, then the planet was probably crap in the first place, which is what most players use the mission Planet artifacts(Dyson and Exotic Mission planets) on anyways.

we're not too scared, it's just that for us taking a level 5 would be next to impossible, we have the capabilities to MAKE a level 5, but not to KILL one; we simply don't have the firepower

Exactly! It is not my fault that my legion has a level 5 base....okay maybe it is my fault for being awesome, but yeah. I am rank 302 and still use Light Anti-Proton Cannons, now tell me if that is enough Firepower to take down a level 3 base. BESIDES how many Red badges would you need to find a level 6 or 7 base? As of right now I believe there are only 6 such bases out of the hundreds if not thousands.
