Almost all of the Chassis artifact have something that can be fabricated in the Theory Lab but nothing the Refining Lab Chassis, how about making something that gives more mining or artifacts. (I know refining lab chassis does not have + artifact) or just something useful so we can dispose of these in the Theory Lab.

spy uplink is on two ctlab arti's... though one's a ship module so that's kind of ok

space elevator is on two arti's as well... astrobiology ward (which makes sense because of the pop)... and thermionic intensifier..... if no new ctlab recipes are planned, could we get the requirement on the thermionic intensifier changed to refining labs instead of space elevators?

I -1 to changing the Thermonic Intensifier, but I agree we need something for Refining Lab.
