Deep Station Y-14 has been experiencing strange phenomena since an artifact was brought aboard yesterday. The science team would like outside assistance to study the effects and hopefully determine their causes.

Rexel: I am station chief Rexel. Let me fully brief you before coming aboard.
You: Tell me what has happened

Rexel: Well, ever since we brought the artifact aboard, we've been remembering things... things we haven't done before.
You: And you think the artifact might be causing it?

Rexel: Yes... We think it might be the result of some kind of viral outbreak, but we're not sure.
You: If that is the case, it might be a good idea if my team stays back for now.

Rexel: Agreed, though we won't make much progress without your direct assistance.
You: Has your medical staff run any tests?

Rexel: Yes. We haven't found any foreign pathogens yet, but there are still other tests to run. Do you have any suggestions?
You: Have you established quarantine protocols?

Rexel: Of course, but so far it hasn't helped. Perhaps this is a different kind of outbreak, something we're not familiar with.
You: Have you tried a nanoscale analysis?

Rexel: Not a bad idea, but it will be difficult unless we know what we are looking for.
You: My team can help with the tests and analysis. Let's see what we can find.
