Topopolis Rings are modular torus-shaped mega-population structures that extend around a host star. Trans-Core conduits built within the Topolois provide easy access to planetary systems for transportation of materials as well as the general population.

Notes: The description is a bit misleading. "Topolois provide easy access to planetary systems for transportation of materials as well as the general population" would make one believe their would be a bonus to resources as well as population. The Topopolis only effects population.
