had to rollback your enumeration crystal edit on the maximizing planet page. the intention of that section was to indicate what could be used to even up arti richness where the mining or research richness was higher. while mining can get up to 18x and research up to 19x ... those are exceptional cases, so the 15x was used as the base standard for all normal cases. the 20x capability for the crystals is enumerated further down the page.
