So I notice when I do some hacking, every now and then I get a ... failure due to nothing to hack etc. but I get the 25 minute timer instead of the 5 minute. I understand that my hack was successful, but they had nothing to hack, hacking is hard enough when we do succeed I'm just wondering if maybe this could be considered a failure instead and drop it down to a 5 minute timer.
For me this is somewhat of a minor issue, as I am not really spec'd to hack, I just like to do it every now and again.

This has been changed. A hack that is unsuccessful due to the target player not having enough research points will now reset the counter to 5 minutes instead of the full 25.
