difference I can only get one every 40 hours of the first one and I have to switch race I would think as far as most people playing to consider switching race this would have to be a bad ass artifact especially only getting 3-4 of em a week and with this structure most already built planets would get almost no benefit.. Is it really worth it to remove 2 space elevators for one of these things to get the +150 cloak and some pop? it doesn't give me any significant advantage over anyone else my level

Reduce Size to 1 <-- would make it sexy
or
If two probes are on the same planet grants +15% cloak
or
reduce cool down to 8 hours <-- least desirable

Either of the first two would make me strongly think about switch out of talth/konqul excavator

That being said I don't know what the reward will be for making 20 of the structures and that might blow my mind and make everything all worthwhile..

I did think it looked a bit... Inefficient, if you will. Much better now it's been changed.
