 Flux Probe Suggestion

Post Flux Probe Suggestion
My suggestion is to allow the flux probing of a planet before you own it. This would only work for those planets that have no alliance or enemy currently on the planet but would tell you who else has scanned the planet before taking it over (the number not the actual person). This would help in my opinion because I would know if I am going to have to flux it as soon as I get it.
