 Charged Exo-Clamp for attack/defense

Well, the title pretty much says it all.
Same concept as the Charged Exo-Clamps, except in stead of shield/hull its for attack/defense.
Price in badges could be the same, or adjusted up or down.
Example:
Charged Tetra-Clamp.
2 Silver badges.
Increases a base's weapons capacity by 5, and defensive integrity by 10.
Any thoughts on this? Good concept but wrong numbers? Bad concept? completely pointless?

+0.5 if cost is balanced, defense value is much greater than hull and shields ( value as in what it is worth to people killing the base , not the actual number)

Well, numbers can be adjusted up or down to be more fitting.

5 def alone, IMO, worth ~5-6 silvers.
the suggested item, therefore, would be priced at 8 or 10 silver most likely.
With proper pricing, this could be an interesting thing to have, let players choose how to buff up their base. But have to agree with the others on that the pricing is low

i think this would be a good idea if it could be limited though. Imagine how many silver badges the dysonians as a legion earn a day. now convert that to this new item and their attack/defense is going to skyrocket even higher then it is now. There goes any chance of disabling them or any other higher up legion.

I have to agree. maybe adding it to rank 7 and 8 bases. take out the phaser and replace with this . ATK+10 def +5?

I somewhat like the idea. maybe 10 silvers for 5 attack/defense. let's say a legion takes on level 6's and gets about 30-35 people on them that would be 130ish badges per base and about 400 per day. I'm not sure how much they would put in but it would give them an additional 73,000 attack/defense per year(possible). It may seem op but a small percentage of that would actually be added. Using the same numbers the exo clamp should add 1,095,000 hull and 730,000 shields(unbuffed). A legion (I'm going to take a guess) would only add about 100k-150k hull per year so 10%-14% of the clamps. Hopefully people still don't see it as OP
