how about a repeatable mission to acquire the quasi spatial expanders ? let's say perhaps 2000 energy a click , needing 25 clicks or so to complete ?

-1, as much as i would love qse's to be available that easy, i could manage 5/25 rounds per rank, and thats if the mission provided 2k xp in return for the 2k nrg spent.
So thats 5 ranks per qse obtained, or 20 every 100 lvl's. I don't think they should be that easily obtainable.

Give you 2/3 Qses, and a previous mission for 4/5 terraformers, kind of like, as bad as this sounds, a drug dealer giving someone a sample of what they could have.

I could manage 14 clicks/rank, but then i'd be short on meeting the next rank.  I think that would be a good idea though, a taster as you said. We get 3 Planet Flux, so how about 4 TF's, 2 QSE's and maybe 1 Reality Transfuser.

a mission line with limited rewards of 4/2/1 doesn't sound bad... although maybe 2/2/1 and set mid level start of say 100.

as much as I want free quasi, this is still kinda meh~ thou if it gives a "lesser" quasi that can't be used for the project missions nor used on icy/terra etc expandable planets, then it would be fine. 50k nrg.... I've NPCed many multiple of that and only got 1 quasi so far XD

I dunno about others, the only real reason to stop me from doing this, at least to get enough for projects, is the exp it will give, multiple ranks with nothing accomplished except some QSE doesn't sound so good to higher ranked players. With limited click/day (not necessarily 1) AND HUGE exp is probably best. the limit will stop possibility of auto-ranking on the thing while the huge exp will penalize the player via excessive rank growth.

NO xp would be the slow rankers best friend. never level, but increase all your planets? -1 for that one.

what about making it a daily mission with a chance to gain a QSE..... much like the devris mission... ... after 514 ranks... got 34 terraformers and 0 QSE's... only people that have completed dyson and rift missions are those that paid for them.... drop rates way rare.... but then a daily mission with same drop chance would for me lol still end with 0 probably... but would guess maybe double my chances.
daily mission... /40 attempts 200 energy each attempt 3% chance of recieving a QSE on completion 100 xp per attempt. tripled on completion.
other arti cpable of being found.
base expander... 3% special base extender ...1%
mission name: Spatial Extension Experiments. ... edited tweaked and moved to own thread..... available after completing.... Terraform Project.

By the time I'm ready to rank up by giving to the base I normally have around 33K energy left over to put there. So instead I would put all that to the mission. And if it gave no EXP I would just NPC for longer then once I get down to 1 EXP needed just do the mission till I have 2K energy left and level from the base. I do like the idea of having it as a chance item in a daily mission though.
