can we have the option to uninstall arts , i dont know about anyone else but i
think its rather cruel that we buy stuff for the base an the only
way to get rid of them is to sell them

also make this only available to special and gp items

would be reasonable to have a certain amount of "cargo" space on the base and uninstall such items to there.
But not if you mean back into player inventory.
