While Vega was being pillaged and burned by GS and GP, our ally decides to withdraw from our NAP to partake in the looting by farming our
lower ranks and seizing our planets? All we had asked from our allies was a certain tone of indifference or neutrality if you will.

ok, dumb question, where in any of the above did we (I am one of the other leaders of Warp Fleet for those keeping score) say anything about joining in the looting and/or pillaging of anyone. We cancelled these NAPs to allow our junior ranks to be free to do badge hits, and to prevent the indiscriminate out there from assuming that if we are NAPped with a legion that they are at war with that we should be punished for that association. We at Warp Fleet are fairly peaceable and do not wish to engage in the large amount of polical nonsense that has been known to arise from time to time.

He did exactly that maybe u should read the topic before u say something. He was addressing every leader why to the LEADERS of that legion and any other legion that needs be concerned with it. Complain some where else bout titles. Im not apart of any of those legions but now i know the legions i deal with are some of these people so its useful to us even though were not in it.

Ally? Where was this "ally" while Warp Fleet was at war with The Corsairs? In conflict with the Necromorphs? The Dark Side? Pirates of the Cove? Not standing at our side. As I recall, the NAP you refer to was agreed to immediately after a member of CoV/Darkwind stole and fluxed a planet belonging to me. Looking at the numbers at the time, the Vegan group numbered 4 legions (including a top 30 legion) totally 140 people or so, versus Warp Fleet alone struggling to keep 30 people together. A bit of a lost cause if you ask me. Considering a legion that was cornered into a NAP an ally is pretty similar to calling Hitler and Vichy France allies...

Does sharing a couple Elite NPCs make us allies? If so, then I suppose that means we are allies with Project Anarchy, Galaxy Desperadoes, Stormfront, Starfleet, Guns and Roses, The Children of Time, Republic of Orion, The Dysonians, and a couple others since we have hosted members of those groups for a few Elites over time and visited some of them to lend a hand as well...

Since the dissolution of this set of NAPs, I know of NO attacks by ANY member of Warp Fleet against ANY member of CoV, AoV, Darkwind or Darklife (or Necromorphs/Havoc Corp for that matter). You ask for indifference/neutrality... That is one of the reasons why we dissolved most of our NAPs, as was explained to Skaara. While we are not NAP'd with GalPal or even truly friends with them, we are more than just acquaintances. We did not want to be drawn into the middle of your fight with them.

i would like to clear up that when warp fleet was at war with whoever while we were NAP we were never asked for assistance against anyone.
i would at least try to by getting my 2 legions to search for planets warp fleet might want but we are fighting 2 legions for past 2 weeks so i would struggle a lot, if warp fleet already had lots of planets on scan they have of their enemy then i would offer to send some members to them to help them out but again im at war and was never called apon to honour NAP agreement


i did not know about your war either until last night so to those out there, im not here to start fighting warp fleet im here in COV for trading.

To be blunt, you weren't asked for assistance because we did not consider you an Ally. Non-Aggression Pact does not imply any alliance beyond "we won't shoot YOU" and I really don't understand why so many people seems to think it does. This is the same reason we did not ask for any assistance from CoV or any other legions.
