First, Kaos isn't a bully. He is a fleet commander supporting his wingmen.
We received congrats from him for succeeding to disable his ship as a team.
Second we have been able to negotiate a cease fire. His legion is powerful, think twice before getting in a shooting war with them.
Last but not least, we didn't obtain a truce through whining but through fighting and diplomacy.
