i'm one of the leaders of anomaly we are a democracy with a little anarchy thrown in
we have 3 leaders who vote on all major things 6 officers who can overrule the leaders if all 6 reach consensus
and the members who can overrule either group with a 90% consensus ( excludes officers and leaders)
officers can be voted out of office by other officers, or by the leadership, members can vote on a new officer they choose in case of a tie in officer voting it go's to the leadership.
the first 6 are chosen by the leaders 2 per leader and can quit or be fired at anytime.
we share elites, artifacts ( and we even have a trash collector you can send useless artifacts to rather than scrapping them) the base is strong and almost lvl 5
in combat we divide up and use proven tactics to bring down our enemies, if u wish to free lance and be a merc like me go for it i will add you to my roster of mercs, if u just npc your more than welcome to continue. those who contribute to the base will be rewarded, those that help with internal projects will be noticed and possibly promoted we have a lot of fun with the legion chat and on our group page and wage war only for causes that are just. nuetral or good relations with ALL known legions and trade partners with RoO, Gal/Pal, Subspace, Dysonians, and NI planets are given away to those who need them

minimum rank is 50 at this time max rank is 500 (otherwise we can't help you in combat)
