It should actually be for higher ranks that need to make Crux Amplifiers to take down those tough level 6 bases with 50 000+ defense. I am over 1000 and I no longer get Tyrants so another NPC that drops ACFs would be a great idea indeed.

I personally think that as large and expansion as the Crimsons are, they should have several different NPC bosses in the upper levels. Any new NPCs really...but that's besdies the point! +1
