you are not the first person that i have suggested a signing bonus is a bad thing. the problem with them is they attract the wrong type of players. trust me paying people to join does not guaranty they will stay. in fact most often people collect on the promise and leave. it is best to offer long term benifit rather than short term gains. yes you promise more upon leveling but most will take the pay and run.

whatever is reasonable....make an offer if you're higher rank...i'm almost 200, but everyone else in my legion is less than 100, i could use the help with high ranking npc ships
