Information about You Received from an SNS (Social Network Site)
When you use Galaxy Legion at an SNS such as Facebook, where the game is referred to as an “application”, you allow Galaxy Legion to access certain information from your profile for that site. The information you allow Galaxy Legion to access is affected by the privacy settings you establish at the SNS. For example, the application may access and store some or all of the following information, as allowed by you, the SNS and your preferences:
By playing Galaxy Legion through an SNS, you are authorizing the application to collect, store, and use in accordance with this Privacy Policy any and all information that you agreed the SNS could provide to Galaxy Legion through the SNS Application Programming Interface ("API"). Your agreement takes place when you "accept" or "allow" (or similar terms) one of our applications on an SNS.
The Galaxy Legion user ID number used to identify your SNS account and game 'character' will be public, but will only permit access to information that is considered public or that you have designated as public in your SNS settings.

These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g. phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. If, however, we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity, and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.
