After many drops of RSL Siege Cannon.. one would find an ability called "RSL Siege Mode" , when activated on an npc, would do damage equal to the npc attack of the ship regardless of defenses (and can be used on bosses). Some 4 or 8 hour cooldown.

Sha'din Hyperport, 100k to lock. Npc attack of 25k. A fourth of the lock damage done with one click? And I know people with a lot more than 25k buffed npc attack. Nah... not overpowered at all...

I thought it was damage equal to the NPC's attack

Well could make it just base attack then (drannik has an advantage of npcattack). The point is it be worth maybe 20-30 shots, you'll lock a small thing but not the larger boss. Perhaps add an energy cost 50 or 100, so it's more of a convenience and slight energy saver as opposed to massive free damage.
