ok guys what should i research next? im unsure which way to go for the moment

My eyes hurt when I:
Look at your cloaking BLECH. I would do it just because its so easy to finish it.
Look at your shields. Main Importance.
Look at your Defense, your murdering yourself right now.
Look at your Structures. Idk what rank you are but I would go for +8's (Dont upgrade to +6 its a waste of credits.)

lol i don't have much need for cloak yet though i will work on it shortly
as for shields, im decked out with 5 level 2 neutronium plating so i have a fair bit of hull but a few shields couldn't hurt

defense, i have a full set of dark ring thrusters, and i could use more defense modules i suppose, especially for base battles since i take almost 230 damage on some attacks

structures, almost finished the +6 buildings, just a few thousand RP to go

thanks for your feed back, i probably will now focus attention to def and shields, i might do cloak at a later date, going to up my decks to 900+ so i can equip more stuff

It also depends on ur ship build what are u going for tank, hacker, lvler.... but ya throw in shield reseach specially with the research ur making ull get a decent one quick plus shields always return when ur not on.

Dont equip shields to your ship. Im saying shields need to be used for planetary defense. Cloak is powerful if you know how to use it.

yes for structures but lest one shield on ship with all the t.o. shields u can get and aegis capacitor

i was just saying i may throw a decent shield on my ship, not a whole set, as i know the stronger shields aren't only better, they help with the defense of planets better too.

@protec my ship build is more geared towards a tank, i like to absorb damage as well as i can, and hope they give up after they see i have a lot of HP and are not doing a great amount of damage to me.

I've never really been a fan of PvP and my ship does reflect that in a way. Apart from the Badges, i find, IMHO, NPC battles to be more rewarding due to NPCs from Uncommon and under, dropping Artifacts that are of more use to me than a handful of mineral/artifacts and Research points from a PvP battle.
