I was thinking, a great idea for a new artifact that either comes from the BT Market or the CT Lab. Simple really, what it does is steals energy from another ship, giving it to yours. The amount stolen can be a fixed amount or based off of a roll, like a raid or hack. In that case, critical roles would steal all their remaining energy.

If people think this is a good idea, we can work out how many badges would be required or what could be used to build it from the CT Lab.

I don't like this idea, Energy takes forever too charge anyway now your ALSO preventing retaliation, Unless it came with some VERY nasty side effects for the user (example it overloads all your moduals equiped/inhull they are deleted) it would just encurage being a jerk. fair game is better.

See, I disagree. This would be the highest form of hostility. Sure, taking a planet is harsh, but this is taking a very valuable commodity off of an enemy. Theoretically, you would only do this off someone who deserves it, and making it an expensive artifact would ensure that it doesn't purely amount to energy farming. These would be things you would use on someone who deserves it.

-1, then nocifer could just have basically unlimited energy, even if the arti doesnt give the energy to you (sorry i skimmed but its late) a lot of people would quit because they wouldnt have enough energy to do anything.

Nocifer could only target people within his rank range, and at that level, people already have the highest, or close to, energy production.

do you know how much this would unballance the game i can see people quiting if this is implimented
