Currently it has two forms, closed and barely open. This is frustrating when trying to read long conversations and what makes it even more annoying is the fact that scrolling tends to skip a line or two somewhere in the middle. Either extend the size of the comm or give it a whole page to itself please.

Ok then allow me to change my suggestion. Make the fact one can do this a little more obvious as clearly I wasn't the only person to not know of this!
