alerting the targeter

 i think it would be fair if the person who locked on your base was alerted to every member your legion, kind of as a drawback for locking on an enemy base

All for it.. but don't know about retaliation. Most legions are hitting bases 2 lvls below theirs.. so would be more of killed your base, and then farmed the 10 weak ships trying to hit me after the alert... sounds like LOTS of badges and fun.
