Silver Badge for Scanner

 When you scan for a base, you use 3 red badges, can the person that scans the base, get an automatic silver badge for their efforts?

maybe 1 when its locked , but not per scan.

actually, +1 extra silver AFTER the base dies, otherwise he might just be like, "oh, target lock the dysonians? okay, +1 silver for me"

My legion's base has been disabled 5 times, from 5 different legions from the Leaderboard.
