Why dont we get salvage credits or something when we destroy the items on the planet?? There should be some value for used/replaced items or a recyling value.

I think it should stay the way it is. If you tear down a building, even if you're able to recycle a portion of the resources used in the construction, it still will cost something to demolish the building. If anything, it should cost you credits to tear down a building.

Yeah I would say it costs money to demolish a building. But they sell off the building materials they can salvage to pay for demolish costs. In essence keep it the same

Destruction of a building does cost something BUT you get more from the salvaged materials than the cost of destruction. Also, remember you are in a space game, building a new building on another planet means getting the materials there, and that is very expensive, so using materials from old buildings should at least reduce your costs of building a new one and since the only way we have to reflect the usage is credits..... give us some credits for old buildings.

well according to higher level players, they attest that they're awash with more credits then they can possibly spend so cheer up, it gets easier.

Please note... when we get rid of items on the ship we get credits, why not on the planet? Why are there different rules for getting rid of items? Lets at least be consistent. 2_heemeyer_5_dc3: charter.net
