What I would do is a little research on both. See which one fits you best. Or which one you think is more like you, or how you would invision your avatar to be. THEN make a decision. Don't leave it up to someone elses perogitive. ITS YOUR CHOICE AND HAVE A LITTLE FUN WITH IT BESIDES. Let me know what you decide, good luck. There are some races that are cheaper to maintain if that is important to you.

Depends,I would stay INERGON (not Intergon) until you complete most the mission chains then switch to Drannik for NPC, but thats just me.

Oh god spelling Nazi's in a fictional universe for the win.
But back to your main question. If you are interested in leveling faster, stick with Inergon. The extra energy does pay dividends. As far as Genetarr, the sole thing I know about them is that they are considered a "helper" race. Allowing you to debuff the bigger NPC's. If you are in a legion that is having problems with larger NPC bosses it might be something to look into. However, if you are not too concerned with NPC's in general, and bosses specifically stay away from Genetarr.

If you are in a legion where a lot of NPCs are alerted a Genetarr is of great help. Mind Influence ability that Genetarr has reduces any NPC attack by 50% when used and that will benefits both you and your legion.

Heil grammar ! Genetarr might be the worst choice of race in the game, if you ask me, that is. Stay inergon.

Remember that there are three races, though, that can actually improve your planets productivity - you'll have to work a bit to get their pacts/whatever lets you change into them, but then you can really ramp up your planets.
