Does anyone know if the Universal Maintenance will replace events like Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, where you have special NPCs and Items to claim from daily reward?

we'll find out when the holidays roll around, won't we?

Considering you need to have a ton of research done to be able to have access to Universal Maintenence, my guess is that it will be in conjunction with regular holiday events, but we'll see!
