It just popped up on my mission list, what mission unlocks at rank 1800. If its new then how can we find out.

Its a general indicator that Dan has a new mission coming in the very near future and it is being tested. Usually pops up a day or so before the weekly mission cycles over.

really? because I usually see something like this about an hour or two before he releases something...at least for the weekly missions

an hr, a day, what's it matter... depends on when he thinks he will have to schedule time to get it into the server's database...

in any case.... it's (almost guaranteed to be) the new bi-weekly mission........ in this case, The Derelict - Chapter 2 (yes, i know it'll have a different name of its own)
