We need a clock that is the same no matter where you live in the world. I was just trying to coordinate a group of 7 and then realized that we ALL live in some "Unique" area of the world with different time zones. So a Universal Standard Time Clock in the Game would be very much appreciated, at least by me.

yes! +1 but what should it be set on? I'd have to say Dan's time where he is or the time at the international date line

So long as we are all on the same time, it really doesn't matter. GMT or Dan's time works equally well.

maybe he could make it like a clock exept instead of hands moving around it would be planets rotating like a solar system....

Legion- attack planet when saturn rotates to pluto!

member- is saturn the one with the rings or the stormy thing?

other member- I'm getting dizzy

leader- *face palm* nevermind....

We could call them "Interplanetary Universal Time Units", or IUTU's. 1 IUTU would be the hour on Dan's clock. I was thinking, we could also translate this into years and centuries, for immersion. I was thinking based off of how long it takes to advance in research, 1 hour would equal 2 years(plus some fraction to make 24 hours = half a century), and we could calculate how many hours the game has been on Facebook and translate that into the century. Or perhaps even start the century clock for every person, from when they started the game. I don't know if the game knows this or not though. I think it would be kind of cool.

I actually really like this idea, because this seems kind of fast paced for a space game. Research and other shipments would never come that fast and giving the game a little background sounds great!

I'd definitely like this. Would make coordinating legions much more effective. It doesn't necessarily need to be a clock that is the same for everyone. We could have a clock that does count-downs to warn people (Hourglass) or we could have a clock set by a legion leader.

But this definitely gets +1 from me.
