OK Revenant first appeared at rank 200 for me. 4 shotted it  After a lot of npc... well 5nd one in 5 minutes yeah I am pretty sure rank 200 is the threshold for that now. _________________Ex cinere surget iterum ego galaxiae dominatur.

Non-Player Kills 598 , zolazin debris: 256. (no I'm not selling just noting it).
Hmm I guess that IS a higher spawn rate than I expected. They do seem to appear about half the time.

Doesn't really matter. They're all relatively low levels and easy to defeat, and after you complete the mission (which is short itself), they'll disappear.

exactly, my zolazin have shown up between 1/2 and 2/3 of the time and of all those revenants appear with the other 3 shotters about 68% of the time ( cant be exact due to adding those that appear after the timer expires )
