Battle tab and badges need to be fixed.

I know that I've asked for this before, but I'll ask for it again.
There are 4 people on my battle tab and for awhile I was farming Dan's ship, but he is disabled most of the time. Also, seems odd that certain people can find me on the battle tab, but I can't find them.
Seriously, by the time someone hits rank 600 or 700 they should have access to all the modules that I do. They are big boys and girls. Rank 700's puts them in the top 50.
So my suggestion is that anyone above 600 or 700 should give medals to everyone.

the upper limits are more expansive because a player gains nothing from taking out someone twice their rank, compared to one their own rank.
