New mission completion reward

The idea would be an ship module size 0 as all others are and would increase the amount of energy per tick. The module would be something like this:
size 0 recharges 4 energy for every 1 regen tick but adds 30 seconds to regen timer. This would be the reward for the 25th tier of mission completion and for the size of the reward I would say requires 120 missions completed to unlock.
