pls consider increasing the chances of finding troop carriers as they are so hard to find that they minds well not exist

I'm thinking that the rate for them is still in the 'temporary' lowered rate...
However, I found 3 of them yesterday and 1 of them this morning already. Also found 2 blade harvesters yesterday (none this morning yet).
Depending on your rank and how many NPC's you kill the rate will appear to be higher or lower.
