Ship to ship we typically pay some energy no matter friend or foe,
i personally feel that ships that are within the same legion and have done the whole "be a member of the legion for a week thing"
should have the energy fee waived to comm team mates. this will help out many within the legion to better co-ordinate themselves
as well as allow leaders and officers to administer " constructive criticism.

i am gonna assume thats a no for the suggestion then?
