Scrapped Artifact Retrieval

I just accidentally clicked the wrong button and scrapped some artifacts instead of using them.
Is there any way to get them back? There is no "contact us" button in game to contact tech support.
If not I would like to suggest an "are you sure" dialogue is added when the Scrap button is clicked

NVM I realised you have to used the "Report" link
