Currently the cooldown of abilities (at least of taltherian) can only be seen when targetting a planet you own... presumably because you can't use it otherwise. Is it possible to see it in our ship menu anyways... its a lot easier then going back to the planet to find out if its back up or not.

Either that or show it in the abilities page regardless of where you are.

On the bottom left of the ship page, right above the green "Settings" button, there is an "Use an ability" botton. Does it show up right in there?

Yeah, that should be fixed. I thought that was the point of that page. It does tell you the time for your tactical remodulation as well as your NFX-2 virus.
