That sounds fabulous.

Fancy bases are expensive.

Then again, I don't think dan wants 1/3 of your legion to be the same profession.

At high ranks (normally with high rank/expensive bases) legions usually are already predominantly builder due to ship upkeep. We should have some sort of base bonus as well. Currently TU has 33 Builders. If we have issues maintaining our ship upkeep, we kinda need a break on the base upkeep as well. Also, by lowering the base upkeep through builder bonus, it would allow some of those players to change race to benefit the legion in other ways. If the upkeep on the base isn't quite as high, they would not have to save as much on their own ships just to be able to make credit donations.
