are there any other weapons aside from psionic amplifier that have invasion attack? im looking at a nice planet with a lazuli pylon (175 invasion defense)

Yes there's Prototype Mech and various other's that you can farm from NPC's. They can be found in the wikki under dropped/artifact weapons.

Prototype mech is a mission tier reward. There is the stryll pathogen artifact that some NPC drops and mutagenic carttridge artifact from the mission that takes engineered viruses.
