What is the highest scan rating that you can achieve when scanning for planets. The ones that I've seen are Poor, Fair, and Good. Is it possible for it to be better than good?

I guess there's good or very good or excellent but it's been so long since I've had that sort of good scan rating. You could try creating a new Facebook account, joining GL and testing out what the scan chances are early on then delete the account once you've found out.

Best thing to do on a scan blitz is be prepared o burn lots of energy. A star chart purger costs 750 energy to get rid of one planet so let that be an indiicator of how many scans you should be prepared to do to find a planet. 150 scans.

Also get all the artifacts possible to max out your scan. Get higher rank players to pass you contnuum beacons, subspace seekrs and tach cylinders. Try and find the NPC which drops styrll seekers too.

I don't think there is a very good upwards but might be wrong

the only textual scan ratings i've seen are:
"good"
"fair"
"poor"
"very poor"
and a "very poor" so bad that your scan button is grayed out


with even just 1 scan and 0 planets scanned so far, you have a 100% chance of getting a planet on your first scan, but all you see is "good"

I have not seen anything higher than good.
