 Buying planets

Post Buying planets
As the title states, im after a new planet or 2,
large+, high in research and artifact, not too bothered about mining. If its enemy controlled the most i can take is about 600 total combined defence but i prefer unoccupied :)

i have an enemy occupied with rich mining and its size is large.its barren and it has nothing but cloak so it will be easy population is 120. you will have to come to my legion to get it

no thanks, im not that interested in mining and my invasion timer still has about 22 hours on it
