As far as I know a critical raid is just extra resources. When you do a critical hack you get a planet from their scans, so I was thinking maybe a critical raid gives you a chance at stealing an artifact, some special items (ctp/em) or npc module off their ship.

It used to let you steal an artifact, but that was lame.

...so now you only steal points...

...though stealing CTP or EM would be an idea... (one that would probably tick people off, but at least they wouldn't get some of their limited quantity mission rewards stolen)

It was the lesser of the idea, I would prefer to steal modules honestly, but that might be a bit OP for instance taking a bane module. But I mean as is now it is kind of lame.

Or maybe steal a hostage and you can release them and get a rank point (sort of the reverse of the critical fail). Just something more than some points.
