How do you get ctp i need it for lvl my base

trading with high levels. high levels npc and get it fairly quickly.

CTP is at a rate of 1CTP=10 Kurenite. Unless you are level 50 or above, I would not even worry about it.

If you are a lower level, you can get CTP by scrapping artifacts.

See, this is the problem low level people are faced with. They want to make legions, as they should, but they will not have the resources until they are well in the nineties to actually take care of bases. I used to go around to new weak legions, and build their bases for them, to help them out. Really, this thing needs to change, and tech parts should only be needed for level 3 and up bases.

or rogue tech collectors could drop 10x what they drop now... 10-20 ctp sounds much more believable considering its a rogue tech COLLECTOR!

who the hell says they have a collection or are a collector when they only have one or two items?!?!?!

Or, just make them easier to kill.

Damn things are tough for what they are!

But to the OP, either accept that its going to be a long old grind to upgrade your base, or join an established Legion.

I am afraid they are pretty much the only choices.

Personally, me and mine are going with the grind option - but then again, we are a bunch of stubborn, bloody minded gits!!

Sometimes stubborn is the way to go. For what it's worth, you'll build up your base slowly and properly according to the needs of your legion. That's what me and mine did and we're the better for it.
