Ive had this idea for a while but first time posting it. I was explaining it to my legion and they said to put it up here. Just going to copy and past the logs to save the time retyping it.

[13:37]: and another for scanns
[13:36]: like save 1 as a lvl up set, it removes all the items that lower your energy
[13:36]: allow you to save ship set ups so that you can have 1 click equipment changes

[13:39]: then allow you to purchase more, up to a total of say 5
[13:39]: limit the number of saved sets off the start to 2
[13:39]: he could even add another thing to the artifact shop
[13:38]: and if you had any damaged items in a set, the button would go red and allow you to repair them all at once if you so choose
[13:37]: would save alot of time

To sum it up: you save what your ship currently has on as a set. Whenever you click that button it will default back to that set, repairing/buying anything that it needs to in order to fill out the set. Of course it would pop up with a warning of how many mins/credits it will take in order to fill out the set so people dont just bankrupt themselves by accident. The main reasoning behind this is that there are so many weapons that reduce energy and if your going on a lvling kick, having to take them off and put them back on every 5 minutes gets kinda tiresome.

A brilliant idea, and one that has been suggested a billion times before. Sadly, it isn't happening.

While it wouldn't solve the whole problem, a quick fix that could help a little might be to have an "ëquip all" button on each type of module.

For me when I level, I go through the following steps:

1. Unequip all defenses to ensure I have enough ship room for the next.
2. Unequip my 4 Ion Pulses
3. Install all my cores
4. Unequip my relays

Having an equip/unequip all button would simplify steps 2 and 4 for me. It might make things helpful for others too.

It would also be significantly easier to code than some of the other suggestions floating around out there.

Thanks,

There's been worse. Case in point, what I just wrote.

+1 good idea but has been posted so many times it's not even funny. however i think this could work in nicely with the new(ish) settings tab.
