Where do I get terraformers now?

 Nearly Impossible to complete.... Only Solution is to buy 10 Quasi Expanders.

A month or two of fighting NPCs can get you 10 quasi-spatial expanders if you are high enough level.

Ran into my first TO troop carrier last night. Got my 3rd terraformer from NPCs from that.

what npc drop the qusi devises????? have yet to locate one.

TO troop carriers seem to have a at least a 50% chance to drop them (the other being terraformers) but dan could change that at any time. I could see other types of terra defvices being added. But it does scale with level so you will always have a chance to see one past a level 100 I think.

If that 50% estimate is even remotely accurate, then I am seeing some incredibly bad luck. I have killed 9 of the TO Troop Carriers since the change and have not received a single Terraformer or Quasi Expander yet. Of course, I didn't ever get one from artifacts before the change either, so I might just be cursed to never have them at all...
