Increases the effectiveness of an AI Supercomputer by 1
ie: A regular AI Supercomputer boosts scan, cloak, attack, & defense by 5, this artifact increases this module's effectivness by 1, thus making its scan, cloak, attack, & defense boost increase to 6.
To avoid abusing this, receiving this artifact would be as rare as receiving android scientists/henselmen. This item isn't tradeable.

This could work for all tier modules. The artifact would raise a random tier reward module's stats by 10%.

What happens with the omicron injector?

Better/easier/fairer concept, a NEW tier reward, something like an ADAPTIVE CALIBRATOR
When installed, gives +5 to attack, defence, scan, cloak, energy, hull and shield.
BUT it can be upgraded with a new "pull" artifact, which adds 3-5 to the chosen stat on installing (more for hull/shields/energy, less for the others).
