Maybe it would be a good idea to have it when you attack another ship you see a video of the ships fighting each other.

even if they designed the movie to be a stock, or constant movie for us to look at, even in .swf format the pull may still cause the game to drag depending on the depth and quality, which i'm guessing people would want to be good.
Another thing to consider is that if it is a stock .swf, after a while people will stop watching it, so it becomes a waste.

quite true, an intro video would be a nice touch, as it could change from season to season, or, from chapter to chapter as the news updates.

I thought about that stuff alittle,but a nother thing I didn't think of at first was the time would also be increased so not a good idea.
