new race new profession ... tell me more

 well as some know... (those that look at the updates) .. (or happened to look after new stuff started happening to your plantes) .. know there is a new race providing a 40% boost to both attack and defense while you or your planets are under attack.... but there is also a new profession governor ... what is it???? wiki is not updated yet
